Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original UGG packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
